Every user who sent personal information (name, address, curriculum vitae, etc.) to Cognisco has free and open access to all information relating to his/her person, and may therefore ask to be made aware, via email and free of charge, of all information held by Cognisco relating to his/her person.

1. Given name and surname
2. Email address used when you filled out the online form

1. How? Your personal information is maintained on a server protected from intrusions by a firewall. The server itself is enclosed in a locked-access room, this one being located in locked-access premises protected by an alarm system, located in a secure building that is locked during non-business hours.
2. Why? Your personal information is stored for reference, communication and identification purposes only. Unless you make a formal request to have your records deleted, your personal information is stored over an indefinite period of time.
